Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of the Coopsphere platform provided by ASH Global Network Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
Accounts
- An organization's workspace must be created by a person authorized to act for that organization.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity that occurs under your credentials.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Customer responsibilities
The organization determines its own membership rules, lending policies, governance rules and legal obligations. Coopsphere provides technology to administer those processes; it does not make lending, membership, election or compliance decisions for you and does not provide legal, accounting, tax or financial advice.
Subscriptions and payment
- Plans, limits and prices are described on the Pricing page and apply from the date of purchase or renewal.
- Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
- Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and the transaction.
- Refund eligibility depends on the applicable subscription terms and circumstances.
Acceptable use
Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Data and content
Customer organizations retain their rights in the information they submit. Coopsphere processes that information to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and may make changes, improvements or feature adjustments over time. Planned maintenance and material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
Liability
The service is provided on the basis described in these Terms and any applicable order form. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. On termination, access ends and data is handled as described in the Data Retention Schedule, including a defined window for authorized export.
