Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Summary

How Coopsphere maintains service resilience and recovers from disruption.

Last updated 20 August 2026 · ASH Global Network Ltd

Resilience

Coopsphere runs on managed cloud infrastructure with redundancy provided at the platform layer. Application deployments are versioned so that a faulty release can be rolled back.

Backups

  • Database backups are performed on a regular cycle by the managed database platform.
  • Backups are retained on a rolling basis and are used to support recovery.
  • Restoration procedures are exercised as part of operational maintenance.

Recovery objectives

Recovery targets are set according to the severity of the disruption, with priority given to restoring authentication, data integrity and access to financial and governance records. Specific contractual objectives, where offered, are set out in the applicable enterprise agreement.

Communication during disruption

Material disruption is communicated to affected customers, with updates until the service is restored and a summary once the cause has been addressed.
